Assumption of Risk
I understand that Pilates, functional/strength training, volcano hiking, waterfall adventures, surfing, and other excursions involve inherent physical risk, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.
Age Confirmation
I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older.
Medical Fitness
I confirm I am in adequate health to participate and have disclosed any injuries, allergies, and medical conditions.
Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release La Vida Is Travel Fit, its founders, and staff from liability for injury or loss arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
