Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable.
50+ Days Before Departure
If a traveler cancels 50 or more days before departure, payments made beyond the deposit are not refunded in cash, but may be transferred to another available La Vida Is Travel Fit retreat date or issued as a travel credit to use toward a future retreat.
30–49 Days Before Departure
If a traveler cancels 30 to 49 days before departure, 50% of payments made beyond the deposit may be issued as a travel credit toward a future retreat. The remaining amount is non-refundable.
Less Than 30 Days Before Departure
If a traveler cancels less than 30 days before departure, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If La Vida Is Travel Fit Cancels
If we cancel the retreat because the minimum of 6 confirmed travelers is not reached, the traveler may choose either a full refund, including the deposit, or a 100% travel credit toward another available retreat date.
